Your reading is personal. Its data should be, too.

Eros may ask for a name, birth date, optional birth time and birthplace, relationship preferences, portrait style, and answers to the reading questions. The app stores this profile, generated readings, purchase access, and Talk history locally on your device.

Eros does not ask you to upload a photograph of yourself. Soulmate portraits are newly generated images based on reading choices, not face matches or biometric identification.

To generate a soulmate reading, portrait, profile, daily message, or Talk reply, Eros sends relevant profile details and prompts through TRILLIWON's Cloudflare-hosted service to OpenAI. Talk requests can include your message, recent conversation, a short conversation memory, and the reading details needed to keep the fictional character consistent.

Talk clearly identifies the character as AI. Input and output are checked with automated safety moderation. We send Talk requests with response storage disabled. OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default, but may retain API content for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days, or longer if legally required.

Talk messages and remembered details are saved on your device. To make a failed delivery safely retryable, our service may cache a generated reply and short conversation memory for up to 24 hours. The cache is not used for advertising or model training.

If you explicitly report a Talk reply, we retain that reply and the immediately preceding user message for up to 30 days to investigate safety or quality issues. We do not promise live human monitoring or emergency intervention.

Generated portrait files may remain on our hosted storage so the app can download them. Operational logs can include a request time, IP address, app version, integrity result, error type, and pseudonymous identifiers, but our Talk analytics do not contain message text.

Eros uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand feature use and diagnose failures. These services may process app, device, coarse location, event, and crash information. Eros uses Google Mobile Ads only for an optional rewarded-ad feature; consent and tracking choices are requested where required.

Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases and payment details. TRILLIWON receives product and transaction status needed to unlock purchases, but not your full card or store-account credentials.

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments. We share information only for operating, securing, measuring, and supporting Eros.

You can delete a Talk conversation inside the app, reset onboarding data, manage ad privacy choices, or remove Eros to clear locally stored app data. Deleting a local Talk conversation does not restore used reply allowances, and a retry cache may remain until its 24-hour limit expires.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account. For an access, correction, or deletion request involving data held by TRILLIWON, contact us at trilliwon@gmail.com. We may need limited information to verify and locate the request.

Talk is restricted to people age 18 or older. Eros is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to appeal or complain to a data-protection authority. We do not sell personal information. Our providers may process data in countries other than your own with the safeguards available under their services.

We may update this policy when Eros or applicable requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page when appropriate.
